How long will the treatment last for?
For General Pest Treatment, we provide a 6-month interior warranty depending on the pests treated, which is in line with the manufacturers’ labels. Products in 2025 are designed to be safe, biodegrade, and not remain in the environment; more frequent treatments may be necessary depending on your home’s pest issues. Integrated pest management commonly takes three (3) weeks to take full effect. After this time, if infestations are still present, contact our Team ASAP and we will schedule a service call under warranty to your problem areas.

Is the chemical safe for children and pets?
Yes, our chemicals are safe for children and pets. During the interior spray treatments, we recommend that people and pets leave or stay away from the treatment area while treatment is taking place and allowed to dry before using the treated areas. With our exterior treatments, it is best practice for people and pets to be inside or away from our technician while treatment is taking place.
What is covered with a general pest treatment?
Ants, spiders, cockroaches and silverfish. We also treat for mice, rats, wasps, mosquitoes and midges and offer discounted rates for any treatments carried out in addition to a general pest control.
What should I do before a pest control treatment?
If possible, move any furniture, personal or stored items away from walls so our technician can spray all the skirting’s around your home. This includes; shoes and loose items in the bottom of cupboards and wardrobes etc. If your clothesline is attached to the external wall of your home please remove all clean laundry (Hills Hoist in the garden is ok). Please do not mop 2 hours prior to us arriving. In the case of cockroach infestations, all kitchen cupboards need to be cleaned out prior to treatment. In some cases, more than one treatment may be required. Flea treatments require all linen, bedding, clothing etc to be washed and pets to be flea treated. In some cased, more than one treatment may be required.
What should I do after a pest control treatment?
No mopping to the internal perimeter for at least one week after our treatment. Vacuum or use a broom to remove spider’s webs 48 hours after our treatment. Be aware that for the next couple day after the treatment, pest activity will increase however, they will die after a contact with the chemical.
What is covered with a termite visual inspection?
A Visual Timber Pest Inspection and Report include a visual inspection by our qualified inspectors to detect any active termites or visible damage that can be seen on the day of inspection.
How often should I get a visual termite inspection to my property?
We recommend annual termite pest inspections.
What do I do if I find termite in my property?
Call us! Please don’t disturb them; this includes dousing them in petrol or spraying them with a household spray. Termites are quite sensitive creatures, this will only cause them to break off a lead and go somewhere else in your home.
